Background and Discussion:
The project is to construct approximately 2.2 miles of 12-foot wide, 6-in thick concrete bike trail along east side of CE King Parkway from Tidwell Road to Garrett Road. The project also includes a three-span pedestrian bridge at HCFCD Channel P121-00-00.
