Background and Discussion:
The purpose of the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) was to identify a drainage improvement project for the Q130-00-00 watershed (a tributary of Cedar Bayou) that will provide water surface elevations reductions within the watershed. The identified project consists of two detention basins and approximately 3,300LF of Natural Stable Channel Design improvements., which is the first phase of a larger flood risk mitigation solution planned for the watershed.
