Background and Discussion:
Harris County Universal Services (HCUS) supports Harris County’s mission by developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective Information Technology (IT) solutions. As part of this effort, Accenture LLP will provide structured guidance and expertise to help the County advance toward a modernized, efficient, and sustainable system environment focused on the Harris County Juvenile Justice Casework System.
