Background and Discussion:
The project includes the addition of 6' sidewalks on west side of Addicks Clodine Road from Ampola Drive to Alief Clodine Road with street lighting. Harris County is responsible for design and construction of this project. The total cost of the project is $506,144.00, with Harris County contributing $404,914.00, eighty percent of the total cost.
Expected Impact:
Provides equal access to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds with safe and inexpensive spaces for
outdoor recreation.
Alternative Options:
The alternative option for this proposal would be to determine other funding or to complete these items in-house. Denial of the request will delay community benefits.
