Background and Discussion:
Harris County entered into Agreements with Page Southerland Page, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services. Stantec Architecture Inc. acquired all of the equity interests in Page Southerland Page, Inc. Stantec Architecture Inc. would like to assume the rights and obligations of the Agreements of Page Southerland Page, Inc.
Should Commissioner’s Court approve this assignment, HCTRA Executive Director will provide acknowledgement to the vendor.
Expected Impact:
Approval would enable continuation of services provided under the existing agreement.
