Background and Discussion:

Office of the County Engineer (OCE) received a request from Precinct 4 to manage the study, design, and construction of the Sidewalk and Trail program within Precinct 4. Construction will improve connectivity and mobility of pedestrians at critical locations by installing a typical 6ft wide sidewalk.

 

Expected Impact:

 To provide Precinct 4 with professional engineering study, design and construction services for the construction of the Sidewalk and Trail Program.

 

Alternative Options:

Without this project, the construction of the Sidewalk and Trail will not be realized as requested by Precinct 4.
