Request by the County Attorney for approval of two (2) Legal Investigator III positions for the Compliance & Revenue Division’s Toll Road Collections team effective June 13, 2026.

Background and Discussion:
These positions will address greatly increased workload and case volume to support the Compliance & Revenue Division’s Toll Road Collections team in moving more cases forward.
Expected Impact:
These two positions will support ongoing efforts of the County Attorney’s office and will provide adequate support to the Compliance Division Toll Road Collections team and HCTRA in a timely and efficient manner.
