Background and Discussion: The County advertised the Bridge Maintenance-Fairmont Parkway at Willow Spring Creek project for bid and now seeks to award the construction contract based on the lowest and responsible bidder. The project will repair some components of the subject bridge. The scope includes repairing concrete spalls on bridge railing posts, bents caps, and prestressed concrete piles; making erosion repairs at one abutment; and sealing expansion joints at sidewalks.
