Background and Discussion:
Versa Infrastructure has been hired to perform construction engineering and inspection services for the Maintenance of Cypress Creek and Tributaries. This request provides additional funding for project management and construction inspection services in support of sediment removal and infrastructure repairs
Expected Impact:
Versa Infrastructure, LLC will provide construction engineering and inspection services for the maintenance of Cypress Creek and Tributaries Batch 3 (K100-00-00-X087) and Batch 4 (K100-00-00-X110).
Alternative Options:
If Versa Infrastructure, LLC agreement amendment is not approved, Harris County Flood Control District will have to perform the construction management of Batch 3 and Batch 4 internally. The construction contract would still proceed, but we would not have the construction phase services that Versa provides to ensure the construction contractor complies with terms of their contract during construction, as well as other services Versa Infrastructure, LLC provides.
