Background and Discussion:
Harris County Housing and Community Development is the recipient of federal funding in the form of CDBG, CDBG-DR, ARPA, General funds, and CDBG-MIT from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and through the Texas General Land Office (GLO) for disaster recovery efforts.
