Background and Discussion:

The proposed drainage easement is to improve the existing swale to have a positive drainage from the existing detention basin to outfall channel HCFCD Unit P145-00-00.   The easement will be transferred to HCFCD for the maintenance.

Expected Impact:

The easement and the drainage swale improvement will eliminate the ponding in the current condition.

Alternative Options:

If no easement, the ponding in the drainage swale will continue and HCFCD cannot access to maintain.
