Background and Discussion:
Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Network Operations Center (NOC) services for Harris County Universal Services (HCUS). The MSP solution enhances the ability to detect, prevent, and remediate advanced threats and attacks that target hosts on the Harris County systems and network. HCUS is seeking approval of an amendment to provide additional funding for monitoring services.
