Project Description:

This project is to replace three existing restrooms at Meyer Park with modernized and ADA-compliant, eight-stall restroom buildings, each having an attached concession area.

Project Scope:

The project will replace old restrooms with modern, updated ones.  The project includes the demolition and removal of old buildings and the construction and installation of new, up-to-code, and safer buildings.

Justification:

The existing facilities are old and not up to standards, and thus are dangerous and need to be replaced and upgraded.

Alternatives and Engagement:

The alternative is to continue to use the aging, non-ADA-compliant facilities and to accept the hazards that go along with them.
