Background and Discussion:

This program provides for continuation of a system that provides automated crime victim information and notification services.  Grant funds will be paid to the vendor (SylogistGov, Inc.) selected by OAG.  There is no cost to Harris County associated with participation in this program, nor is there a match required. This award is for the period of 9/1/2025 - 8/31/2026.

Expected Impact:

This grant provides valuable services to crime victims in Harris County.

Alternative Options:

Not accepting this award would possibly result in the elimination of automated crime victim notification services in Harris County.
