Background and Discussion:
This MOU gives the HCSO access to the Texas Automated License Plate Reader (LPR) Database administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS).

This access will allow our agency to enhance investigative capabilities, support ongoing criminal justice initiatives, and strengthen coordination with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners.
