Background and Discussion:
Memorial Hills Utility District (MHUD) is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Agreement to clean up debris from the property, remove dead trees, and maintain the HCFCD property.
Expected Impact:
MHUD will be reducing Flood Control District’s maintenance costs by taking over maintenance of this property.
