Background and Discussion:
On May 14, 2026 Harris County Precinct 2 requested approval of an award on the basis of low bid to Reeder Distributors, Inc. for the period of May 14, 2026 - May 13, 2027 with four (4) one-year renewal options. The awarded vendor cannot honor their firm, fixed bid pricing as required by the IFB specifications.
