Background and Discussion:

This easement dedication is part of an interlocal agreement with City of Houston to exchange City of Houston drainage channels with Flood Control District storm Sewers. The exchange of assets will facilitate more efficient long-term maintenance for both entities.

Expected Impact:

HCFCD will dedicate its property rights over the storm sewer along D136-01-00 & E115-08-00 to the City of Houston for continued maintenance.

Alternative Options:

HCFCD would continue to have a property right covering a storm sewer along D136-01-00 & E115-08-00.
