Background and Discussion:
The project includes the construction of Tidwell Road 4-Lane Concrete Boulevard and Replace Greens Bayou Bridge. The Change Order includes additional time and cost for the Pedestrian Rail Turn Downs (4 days and $16,490.40) for the Tidwell Project.
The additional delays are due to a delay in obtaining the materials to install pedestrian railing turn-downs. This improvement was not part of the original contract documents.
