Background and Discussion:
The plumbing systems (sanitary sewer and domestic water) at Annex 2 are old and have reached their end of life.
The consultant on this project has provided services consisting of architectural and MEP engineering design for the entire Annex 2 facility. After the successful bidding process, this project is ready to be awarded for construction.
