Background and Discussion:

A request that the County Judge execute the owner’s acknowledgment on the subject plat for a tract of land owned by Harris County.  The plat is required under the City of Houston Code of Ordinances in order to permit and construct improvements for DYNAMO STADIUM.

 

Expected Impact:

 

This approval will ensure that development will not pose a threat to the safety and welfare of the public as prescribed by Commissioners Court.

 

Alternative Options:

Should Commissioners Court elect not approve this Court order then improvements will not be permitted or constructed within this proposed plat.
