Background and Discussion:
Precinct 4 wishes to partner with Memorial Municipal Utility District to increase mobility and safety along S. Mason Road from Highland Knolls Dr to the Harris County jurisdiction line. Cost sharing is only for the east side of S. Mason from Highlands Knolls Dr to the Fort Bend County Line.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this interlocal agreement will be the first step to provide community benefits and increased safety/mobility.
Alternative Options:
HCED and Precinct can explore additional options to fund and deliver this project, but this will cause project delays.
