Background and Discussion:
Harris County Housing and Community Development is the recipient of federal funding in the form of CDBG, CDBG-DR, ARPA, General funds, and CDBG-MIT from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and through the Texas General Land Office (GLO) for disaster recovery efforts.
Harris County seeks proposals from Multiple qualified Architectural Construction Management Services firms interested in providing on-call construction administration services and labor standards monitoring for the CDBG, CDBG-DR, ARPA, CDBG-MIT, Flex/General funds Non-Housing Infrastructure Investments projects.
In accordance with 2 CFR 200 requirements, the analysis of the single proposal and survey of potential vendors was completed. Thus, the project will be re-advertised at a later date.
