Request for approval to execute an interlocal agreement with the City Park Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ 12) and City of Houston for design and construction of roadside ditch and maintenance for various locations in Northwest Houston, UPIN 24104MF38V01, Precinct 4.

Background and Discussion:
Project is part of the call for projects applications in 2023. The project includes well drained sections of ditch that require minor maintenance or vegetation management; areas with poor drainage will be desilted or regraded to drain properly; driveways and crossings which have been determined to be in poor condition will be replaced along with any connected culverts.
Expected Impact:
Ditch maintenance will improve the overall ditch drainage by providing additional detention capacity.
Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Precinct can explore other funding source, however this will cause project delays.
