Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 is requesting the Office of the County Engineer to negotiate an agreement for professional engineering services to perform asphalt design of base repairs and updated pavement markings to Memorial Drive within Precinct 3. The total length of the project is 1.7 miles between Greenbay Street and West of Chimney Rock.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will assist Precinct 3 in providing improvements to serve the community in this area.
Alternative Options:
Without this project, the road cannot be maintained properly. The goal is to provide better mobility and/or eliminate hazards from the roadway as requested by the Precinct.
