Commissioner’s Court approved award of TASB Buyboard Cooperative Program purchase to Mobile Modular Management Corporation in the amount of $605,695 on January 9, 2024.  Mobile Modular Management Corporation is unable to furnish and install modular building at the site under the existing condition that Aries Building Systems, LLC can provide. This project will furnish and install a new modular office building for the Harris County Toll Road to be located at 815 Pear Street, Houston, TX 77060.

Expected Impact:

This site will support the maintenance needs of the East Aldine area within Precinct 2.  This action will allow Aries Building Systems, LLC to proceed with the construction of the project on the existing site conditions.
