Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Veterans Service Department was awarded a renewal grant for Texas Veterans Commission Emergency Assistance in the total amount of $400,000 for the grant term 07/01/25 - 09/30/26. This RCA is intended to extend the funding dates for the single PCN associated with this grant and to remap the coding for the position to the new project ID. In addition, the project ID coding associated with this position needs to be remapped to the new project id grant coding with a payroll effective date 06/28/2025.
Expected Impact:
Extending these PCN’s funding dates will better enable VSD to execute the services under the grant award.
