Background and Discussion:
The project is located in North Harris County TX. Ella Boulevard and Falvel Road is a 4-lane, median-divided concrete roadway without sidewalks on the east and west side of the road. This project will add sidewalk to both sides of the road for increased pedestrian safety.
Expected Impact:
The improvements will ensure a reliable and safe route of pedestrian access along Ella Boulevard and Falvel Road.
