Background and Discussion:
Project includes the reconstruction of approximately 1.85 miles of Crosby Lynchburg Road (FM 2100) from Magnolia Drive south to Lochness Drive and includes the widening of the bridge over HCFCD Channel G103-05.
Change includes:
- Per field condition, remove the previously installed TY E Inlet at Sta. 100+76 (Sheet 93), extend the 24-IN RCP by 95 LF to the South, and reinstall and convert the inlet to a MOD TY A inlet in the CL 3 limits. $19,909.74 - 0 days
- There are existing utility poles with unstable condition and unclaimed which need to be removed. $10,381.49 - 0 days.
- Per field condition, Convert the existing TY E Inlet at Sta. 50+63 LT (CL 3 Limits) to a storm manhole, extend 8 LF of 24-IN RCP and add 1 - 24" SET on the project. $4,325.23 - 0 days.
- Offsite drainage swale that has been blocked by finish grading. After the re-evaluation and to eliminate the standing water in this area, it was determined that the offsite drainage needs to be connected to storm system. $10,353.84 - 0 days.
- The approved Reinforced Concrete Box (RCB) Lay Schedule provided for the installation of transition RCB with manholes and RCB with manholes in lieu of eight (8) planned junction boxes. The transition RCB with manholes and RCB with manholes function the same as a junction box and EOR confirmed no adverse impact on the storm system in result of this change. Also, this change will improve production rate of the project and saved some amount to HC. - ($5,652.70) - 0 days.

The changes ensure the project's completion according to its original intent and in compliance with precinct requests.
