Background and Discussion:
CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp (CenterPoint Gas) is requesting for the Flood Control District to seek authorization from the Harris County Commissioners Court to pay the additional amount of $42,088.41 that exceeded the estimated cost of $369,736.51 as shown in the original agreement. The additional amount was due to overruns in material and labor costs that were not expected during the development of the estimate.
