Background and Discussion:

Baybrook Municipal Utility District No. 1acknowledges that Harris County and/orCenterPoint Energy may remove any trees or landscaping as necessary for County-related projects. The developer collaborated with outside consultants to establish customized branding and aesthetic elements for the Midline Development in place of standard Harris County features. All construction, maintenance, and replacement costs associated with these non-standard elements will be fully funded by Baybrook Municipal Utility District No. 1.

Expected Impact:

These improvements will ensure consistent, long-term maintenance of trees and landscaping within the project area at no cost to the County.

Alternative Options:

The alternative option for this proposal would be not to enter into the agreement and seek other options.
