Works with single-family mortgage program, the Harris County Community Land Trust, tax-exempt bonds for multifamily housing projects, and the Downpayment Assistance Program (DAP).
Expected Impact:
To increase the availability of reasonably priced housing opportunities for renters and homebuyers in Harris County.
Alternative Options:
If the position is not extended, HCHCD would not have the benefit of the position to provide services to the
community.
