Background and Discussion:
This is a request to renew the contracts for wired and wireless broadband services to Comcast, Layer 3
Communications, Motorola Solutions, and T Mobile) to continue the technological support across Harris
County. This will be funded from COVID Response & Recovery.
Expected Impact:
Renewal of this contract will allow the awarded suppliers to continue to provide technological support across
Harris County. Telecommunication services include but are not limited to Ethernet Network Services, Ethernet
Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Ethernet Dedicated Internet, Business Trunks, Business VoiceEdge,
SIP Trunking and Business Internet
