Pursuant to Section 19 of the Harris County Metal Recycling Regulations (amended on May 24, 2022), a metal recycling entity has a right to appeal county’s licensing decision to a hearing officer appointed by Commissioners Court. Currently, the county does not have an appointed hearing officer.
