Background and Discussion:
This is a request to approve right-of-way acquisition for K511-04-00 / Forest Shadows Subdivision Drainage Project Basin in the Cypress Creek watershed. This property is located at the NW corner of Broadmark Ln and Countryside Ln in Precinct 3. Harris County owns the properties and is dedicating drainage easements to HCFCD for the maintenance of the basin.
Expected Impact:
This property will be used for/provide detention volume in association with the Forest Shadows Subdivision Drainage Project by Harris County Engineering Department.

Not approving this item would result in the basin not being properly maintained by the Flood Control District, which would bring the basin into a state of disrepair.
