Background and Discussion:

Project includes completion of the two-lane concrete curb and gutter road with sidewalk on both sides and left turn lanes at the intersections approximately 7,800 linear feet of Anderson Road construction from 500 feet west of Hiram Clark Road to Almeda Road/FM 521 (Segment 2).

 

This change in contracts includes:

PCO-20- Quantity overruns of exist. Items = $141,738.50 and additional of 15 Days.

PCO-21-Item 41- 24” RCP=$1,240.00 and Item 27- driveway #43 for HES concrete = $4,275.00 and additional of    3 Days.

 

Expected Impact:

Changes allow for compensation to the Contractor for actual quantities used in construction, in accordance with the original intent of the project.
