Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) is required by Texas regulations (Subtitle F, State and Local Contracts and Fund Management) to use distinct procurement methods for staffing services. To address this , an RFQ was implemented for the recruitment of licensed temporary medical personnel, including Dentists, Physicians, Registered Nurses, and Advanced Practice Providers.
