Background and Discussion:
The project is in East Harris County, La Porte area, Precinct 2. ECM Construction, LLC was awarded a contract to provide sidewalk and related improvements along Fairmont Parkway from SH 146 to Bayshore Drive.
This change order includes the following items:
PCO-1: Construction Signs. Adding $9,150.00 and 7 days.
PCO-2: Additional Grass, adding $2,344.00 and 3 days.
PCO-3: Final Adjustments, deducting $128,921.66.
