Background and Discussion:
Project includes the maintenance of asphaltic concrete and general construction services throughout Precinct 1. Construction of these improvements performed by Sago Solutions, LCC ensures that the projects are built in accordance with the Harris County regulations. The change in contract is to add $381,619.34 to the contract amount with 0 calendar days. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. At the request of the Precinct this purchase order is being closed.
Expected Impact:
This project improves the condition and resilience of County transportation including park trails and general construction services at various locations throughout Precinct 1. Allow Contractor to be compensated for actual work orders that are completed within the Precinct 1 limits.
