The June 26, 2025, Commissioners Court approved the request to advertise for bids for construction of Fellows Rd. at Sam Houston Tollway improvements. The Fellows Road at Beltway 8 improvements project provides ADA and pedestrian-accessibility near HCTRA’s Sam Houston Toll Road.
