Background and Discussion: Request for approval to reject the bid(s) received for the Burn Buildings for the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office and that the project be readvertised at a later date. The project scope includes contracting a specialty vendor to provide a turnkey tactical training facility for the Fire Marshal’s Office. This turnkey specialty scope includes procuring and installing a Burn Building and Flashover prop per the design documents and adhering to all applicable regulatory codes. The scope also includes all material and labor required to complete the accompanying sitework per the design documents.
