Background and Discussion:
Project includes the maintenance of storm drain repair at various locations throughout Precinct 1. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. There will be zero days and zero costs added to this contract. The Precinct has requested a new bid item to be added. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Change includes adding the following bid Item:
1- Item 80 - Adjusting Trash Cans ($150.14/EA) (PCO # 6)
All missing in the current bid.
Expected Impact: Change allows Contractor to be compensated for adjusting and lowering new trash cans to the minimum ADA height throughout the Precinct 1 parks.
