Background and Discussion:
On May 8, 2025 a request to approve the agreement with Earth Engineering, LLC was approved for construction materials testing services for Heavy Highway, Bridge and Drainage maintenance projects.
This amendment will allow for needed construction material testing services for construction projects currently underway.
Expected Impact:
Improved roadway conditions and extension of life expectancy for both roadways and bridges.
