Background and Discussion:

The Permanent Utility is the installation of 24-inch and 16-inch waterlines along Clinton Drive. This is the result of a City of Houston Project (Large Diameter Water Line & Valve Replacement - Package 3, WBS No. S-000701-0038-3) to assess and rehabilitate or replace a 96-inch water line which runs along Clinton Drive and replace a 12-inch water line along Mayo Shell Road.

Expected Impact:

These proposed improvements would reduce maintenance, improve water flow, pressure and quality within the segment.

Alternative Options:

The alternative would be to reject this interlocal agreement, leaving the county to provide the improvements line at a later time, when resources become available.
