Background and Discussion:
Renewal for Homeless Response System Projects, Houston Area Community Services, Inc. dba Avenue 360 Health and Wellness and Career and Recovery Resources, Inc., to provide permanent supportive housing to up to 135 eligible homeless and formerly homeless persons.
Expected Impact:
The third renewal to the Homeless Response System Projects will allow Houston Area Community Services, Inc. dba Avenue 360 Health and Wellness and Career and Recovery Resources, Inc. to continue to provide permanent supportive housing and associated supportive services to eligible homeless and formerly homeless persons.
