Background and Discussion:
This request is for a capital maintenance contract to perform multiple maintenance projects on the HCTRA system. Projects included in the scope were identified by the annual system inspection as well as by HCTRA Maintenance personnel. The expected construction duration is 18 months.
This project was originally approved for advertisement May 7, 2024; however, the advertisement received no bids.
