Background and Discussion:
Project involves the expansion of a two-lane roadway to a 4-lane concrete boulevard with curb and gutter, and storm drain. Consultant to provide additional services related to detention basin geotechnical testing as well as the design of turn lane modifications.
Expected Impact:
This amendment will allow the project to be optimized to better fit the conditions.

An alternative would be not to conduct the study and design which will result in less than an optimal solution.
