Background and Discussion:
The granting agency requires the Resolution be submitted with the Application by March 15, 2024. Due to the timing issue between the granting agency’s due date and the next Commissioners Court date, the Sheriff’s Office is first seeking approval of the resolution. The application will be placed on the March 26, 2024 Commissioners Court Agenda.
