Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this MOU is for Intergovernmental and Global Affairs to provide HCTRA with legislative and regulatory services to support the development of processes that best position HCTRA to achieve its policy goals, as they relate to their priorities and legislative agenda.
This MOU begins with FY2026 and shall renew automatically under the same terms and conditions, subject to annual funding for each one (1) year term.
