Background and Discussion:
On October 8, 2024, Commissioners Court approved negotiations with the ING Garza, PLLC for professional construction management, inspection and material testing services for the construction of the Northeast EZ Tag Store.
The selected firm will be responsible for assisting with the procurement, design, and preparation of construction documents, and LEED Certification for the Northeast EZ Tag Store. The selected firm will also oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure optimum levels of safety and quality. The selected firm will also guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with the contract documents.

The proposed facilities will provide an improved customer experience while ensuring facilities are fully functional and safe for staff and patrons.
